We are doing this AGAIN and fully expect your support…. and by support, we mean YOU are going to grow a mustache (and raise money for kids). For the 3rd year, the Denver chapter of Mustaches for Kids will be raising money for Donors Choose (www.donorschoose.org), a very simple, and very effective non-profit that directly funds projects that teachers request in often woefully underfunded schools around the country and right here in the Denver metro area. We get to choose exactly to which projects and classrooms donations will go.
The Mile High Mustaches Chapter will be conducting weekly checkpoint meetings at local bars which have graciously agreed to accommodate this top lip tomfoolery. The 1st meeting will be held at a family friendly restaurant and bar to accommodate family ‘staches. At the final meeting prizes will be given for the best ‘stache, the worst ‘stache and the person who received the most donations.
